You may contact us about these Terms of Service at legal@pullflow.com.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use CoAgency. If you create or use an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- all activity occurring under your account or workspace
- ensuring your users use the service in compliance with these terms
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized access, security incidents, or misuse
If your account is provisioned, managed, or sponsored by an employer, client, or other organization, that organization may control your access to the service and workspace data associated with that account.
3. Use of the Service
Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use CoAgency for your internal business or evaluation purposes.
CoAgency may include:
- shared workspaces and project coordination tools
- integrations with third-party systems such as Slack, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace
- AI-assisted features, agents, summaries, recommendations, automations, and workflow support
- private beta, preview, or experimental features that may change over time
Your right to use the service depends on continued compliance with these Terms of Service and any additional written terms that may apply to a specific feature, beta program, order form, or enterprise agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- use CoAgency in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, systems, or data
- reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from CoAgency except as permitted by law
- use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or harmful material
- use the service to build a competing product or benchmark the service for external publication without our written consent
- access or process data through integrations unless you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so
- misrepresent AI-generated output as human-reviewed if that distinction is material to the use case
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms of Service, creates security or legal risk, or could harm us, our users, or third parties.
5. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of the content, data, materials, files, prompts, messages, comments, documents, tickets, designs, repository data, and other information that you or your organization submit to CoAgency or make available through connected systems ("Customer Data").
You grant us a limited right to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, and otherwise use Customer Data only as necessary to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service
- support integrations, search, synchronization, and workflow coordination
- generate summaries, recommendations, automations, and other requested AI-assisted functionality
- prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with law
You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, consents, notices, and permissions needed for us to process Customer Data as contemplated by these Terms of Service.
6. Integrations and Third-Party Services
CoAgency interoperates with third-party products and services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by your agreements with those providers, not by these Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, accuracy, or how they process your data. If a third-party provider changes, limits, or discontinues functionality, related CoAgency features may also change, be limited, or stop working.
7. AI-Assisted Features
CoAgency may provide AI-assisted features, including agents, recommendations, summaries, drafting, automation, routing, and contextual collaboration support. These features may rely on Customer Data, workspace context, and third-party model or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given situation
- you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for operational, legal, financial, security, or customer-facing decisions
- automations and agent actions should be configured and monitored appropriately by your organization
We may add, remove, or modify AI-assisted features, safeguards, and usage limits over time, especially in beta or preview releases.
8. Fees and Beta Access
Certain parts of CoAgency may be offered free of charge, by invitation, under a pilot, or as a private beta. Paid features or subscriptions, if any, will be governed by the pricing, order form, or other commercial terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, beta, preview, and early-access features are provided for evaluation purposes only, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may not be supported or made generally available.
9. Confidentiality
If you receive non-public information from us relating to CoAgency, our technology, roadmap, security, pricing, or business operations, you will use that information only for evaluating or using the service and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with our written permission.
This obligation does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of yours, was already lawfully known to you, or is independently developed without use of our confidential information.
10. Intellectual Property
CoAgency, including its software, user interfaces, design, trademarks, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by PullFlow, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms of Service, no rights, title, or interest in CoAgency are transferred to you.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about CoAgency, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using CoAgency at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms of Service
- we reasonably believe continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk
- we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider
- we discontinue the relevant service, beta program, or feature
Upon termination, your right to use CoAgency ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PullFlow, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
